At Bridekirk Dovenby CE Primary School, we use myHappymind to help create a positive mental wellbeing culture in school. Children build resilience, self-esteem, and character through weekly sessions taught across the school.
The myHappymind program, written by Laura Earnshaw and backed by the NHS uses the latest research, science, and technology to help children develop lifelong habits and learn to thrive.
