World Book Day 2022 was a fabulous day with some impressive costumes. A very busy day: sharing books, making books, exploring authors and celebrating a love for reading.
We have been writing sentences about The Enormous Crocodile. Our sentences contained verbs and adjectives.
Designing our ant towns has been a lot of fun. We wrote about these colonies using descriptive writing. We are very proud of this work.
Contractions! We have been operating on words in Phonics. We cut out letters and replaced them with an apostrophe.
We have been learning about 'The Day the Crayons Quit'. Have a look through some of our work and the ways in which we use this book to support our learning in English lessons,
