Today Rev Christina led a Remembrance Service for us in school.
The children were encouraged to consider those who risk their lives for the good of others. We remembered all those who are currently experiencing unrest in war zones around the world.
Christina played a short song with images to help the children reflect upon this.
At 11am we all observed two minutes silence.
The names of 20 service men and women who lost their lives in the 1st and 2nd World War were read out - these 20 men were all from our Parish. You can see a photo of the children holding a poppy for each name that was read out.
