Bridekirk Dovenby 10km race - Saturday 16th May 2026

This year we are be hosting our inaugral 10km race from school around the quiet country roads in the picturesque Bridekirk and Tallentire area.

👉The race starts outside school, heads up to Bridekirk and takes a sharp right hand turn to make a loop around the houses and around a cup-de-sac!

👆Head passed St Bridget’s Church along a quiet country lane before popping out on the road to Tallentire.

☝️Run along the one way system through this lovely village and say hi to the supporters in the village 👋

👉At the top of Tallentire, turn right up Tallentire Hill to the wind turbine and the water station 💧

👉Turn right and enjoy the views back into Bridekirk village and right again to retrace your steps back to school.

🏁Run into the school playground to the finish line. You have done it 🙌
