Cockermouth Bike and Skate
Last week, Nicola Woolly came in to talk to us about the campaign for a new bike and skate park to be built in Cockermouth. She told us all about the project and how it was being launched. We were asked to complete a survey to help with the research behind the building of a skate park and we have to answer questions about whether we would use a skatepark and/or a pump track.
Nicola was also interested to hear where we went biking and also about our suggestions for a new facility. Fran suggested that bike hire would be good, Cooper suggested a variety of different challenges and Finlay suggested a place where his parents could sit down and get a drink!
