KS2 Pupils - React Science Show
All the pupils in KS2 attended the React Science Show at the local Lakes College.
A team from the Science Museum in London presented - ‘Can You Feel the Force?’.
They demonstrated Newton’s Three Laws of Motion in a fun and engaging way. Poor Philbert the Frog had a variety of forces acting on him as he was catapulted across the stage! The presenters also mentioned the work of Galileo and Archimedes before ending the show with what looked like a magic trick. It was certainly a fun and engaging way to learn new scientific information and the childen’s behaviour was perfect. Well done to you all.
