The Reception children's Travelling Nativity Bag
In the lead up to Christmas, the Reception children enjoyed taking turns to carry the "Travelling Nativity Bag" home for one or two nights. The bag contained a colourful story of the first Christmas, with a beautiful pop up final page. There was also a box of figures to play with, a candle to light and an optional prayer to say. A "Tales of the Travelling Nativity" book was also in the bag for parents and children to write comments, draw pictures and stick in photos if they wanted to. Judging by what I've seen in the book so far, the children have had a wonderful time sharing the contents of the bag with their families at home.
