Zozo comes to play!
Today, Zozo joined us to help support the teaching of Djembe drumming to P5. As he’d travelled such a long way to be with us, he also offered some story telling to the reception children as well as a lesson to P4.
Zozo taught beat and rhythm and showed the children how to play high and low sounds on a drum. The children danced and sang some Zulu songs. There are some videos on the music section of the website and some wonderful pictures below. The children really enjoyed their afternoon!
