  • A big thank you to the foodbank volunteers from Y2

    Wed 06 Nov 2019 Mrs B. Fletcher
The Y2 children have written some fabulous thank you letters to Stuart from the local foodbank. They were so thoughtful, and really showed how much they were listening when he came to visit their class. The letters were made into a book, which was delivered to the foodbank volunteers who were helping out this morning. We hope Stuart enjoys reading them when it's his turn for volunteering tomorrow.

  • Reception RE - Special Places - Den Making

Mon 14 Oct 2019 Mrs Fletcher
The Reception children have been talking about special places in RE. The other week they were split into three groups and given the challenge of creating their own special places in the classroom. Each group decided that they wanted to make a den and they wanted to make it a cosy place to relax and enjoy a book. All three dens were amazing and the children worked really well as a team. Challenge completed! Well done Reception children.
